Exclusivity by city

On the Exclusive tier we admit a single partner per city per specialism, meaning your lane is not shared with a direct competitor inside the network. Availability is checked and confirmed during application review, before any payment is captured.

Documents required

Company registration certificate, freight forwarding or customs licence where applicable, two trade references from existing overseas agents, and a completed KYC declaration for the signing director.

The badge means something

A network is only as good as its weakest member. Every applicant clears the same four-stage review before a verified badge appears on their profile.

1. Legal identity

Company registration, trade licence and director KYC are checked against official registries.

2. Operating credentials

IATA, FIATA, NVOCC, AEO and customs licences are verified with the issuing body.

3. Trade references

Two existing overseas counterparties confirm payment behaviour and service record.

4. Credit screening

Third-party credit data informs the risk tier shown to other members on your profile.

Adds two confirmed trade references and a clean 12-month payment record inside the network.
